Pendo is defining AI transformation for enterprise software. With over 14,000 customers, 900 million users globally, and more than a decade of product usage data, the platform combines analytics, qualitative feedback, and in-app guidance into a unified experience that helps organizations turn insight into action. AI-first innovation is central to how Pendo is building next, with active investments across Agent Mode, Predict, and Agent Analytics. The Product Design team supports the full platform ecosystem and is accountable for creating a cohesive customer experience.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own design execution end-to-end for assigned product areas. You will partner closely with product and engineering leaders to turn customer insight into clear, well-reasoned design decisions that engineering can build with confidence. This role leads co-design with customers, prototypes before engineering investment, contributes to backlog prioritization, and ships experiences tied to measurable outcomes. AI tools are expected to be part of the daily design and prototyping workflow from day one.

This role is based in our Sheffield office.

What this looks like day-to-day

  • Customer co-design: Lead and facilitate co-design sessions and feedback workshops with stakeholders, customers, and design partners throughout the development lifecycle. Translate what you hear into specific design decisions and document the connection between customer insight and shipped product.
  • Design execution: Own design end-to-end for assigned initiatives, including problem framing, user flows, detailed UI, and engineering handoff. Deliver work that is consistent with Pendo’s design system and ready to build without avoidable correction cycles.
  • Backlog contribution: Contribute to product backlog prioritization for assigned initiatives by bringing a clear design and customer perspective to tradeoff decisions. Flag when an item lacks enough design definition to be built well and help clarify the path forward.
  • Prototyping and validation: Build prototypes ranging from low-fidelity mockups to higher-fidelity interactive flows to validate direction with customers or stakeholders before full engineering investment. Use findings to sharpen scope, identify edge cases, and inform build decisions.
  • AI-assisted workflow: Use AI tools, including Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent tools, as active parts of the design and build workflow. Apply them to prototyping, interface exploration, and reducing the gap between design intent and shipped product, then document and share what is working with the team.
  • Go-to-market support: Partner with Product Marketing and the product lead on feature launch preparation. Contribute design and product context to launch materials and coordinate on launch timing and readiness.

Must-haves

  • 3 or more years of product design experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of shipped software features in a B2B or enterprise SaaS context.
  • A portfolio that shows complete design work, including problem framing, user flows, detailed UI, evidence of shipping, and what happened after launch. Work that only shows polished screens without context will not be sufficient.
  • Experience leading co-design sessions and feedback workshops with customers and translating qualitative insight into specific design decisions.
  • Active use of AI tools in daily design work. Familiarity with Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent AI-assisted prototyping or build tools is a working expectation and will be evaluated in practice.
  • Ability to work independently within a defined scope, deliver complete designs, manage your own timeline, and keep engineering unblocked without close supervision.
  • Clear written communication skills, with the ability to document design decisions and tradeoffs so they do not require a presentation to understand.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience prototyping in code or with front-end adjacent tools beyond traditional design software.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Raft, you won’t be operating in a pure infrastructure lane. You will be expected to understand the software you’re deploying, contribute to it when needed, and engage with the data pipelines flowing through the systems you manage. This is a role for someone who thinks end-to-end, from data ingest and pipeline performance through to Kubernetes-based deployment, observability, and secure operations in defense environments.

You will work across cloud and on-premises environments, partner closely with software and data engineers, and help Raft maintain the operational rigor and platform reliability that our most demanding customers depend on.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure Kubernetes-based infrastructure supporting data platform workloads across cloud and on-premises environments
  • Build, manage, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and GitOps-based delivery patterns, enabling reliable, repeatable deployments across multiple classification levels
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and Ansible to provision, configure, and lifecycle-manage platform infrastructure

What we are looking for:

  • Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on proficiency in GitLab CI, GitOps workflows (Flux, ArgoCD), and modern software delivery practices
  • Experience supporting data-intensive platforms using streaming technologies such as Kafka, or Flink, including configuration, tuning, and operational support
  • Solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals, including ETL/ELT pipeline design, data storage patterns, data governance concepts, and integration with downstream consumers

Your Impact

Your Impact

As Axon’s Corporate Counsel, you will serve as a key member of Axon’s contracts and corporate team supporting the sales teams around the world. You will partner with members of external teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, Software and Hardware Engineering, Product and IT to structure and negotiate complex transactions, as well as build processes to help build for a rapidly scaling business.

What You’ll Do

Location: Scottsdale, AZ, Boston, MA or NYC

  • Provide legal advice to global business partners (primarily including a growing and dynamic Sales organization) on transactional matters related to sale of Axon’s market-leading portfolio of public safety technology products, including, for example:

    • structuring, reviewing and negotiating contracts for the disposition of Axon’s goods, services and SaaS solutions; and
    • providing and recommending options for business partners with respect to contract negotiations and corresponding risk analyses.
    • Supervise and review the Contracts Managers’ work.
    • Set and enforce the risk levels acceptable to Axon through approvals and ownership of the knowledge bank and playbooks.
  • Lead, support, execute and evolve team processes to help us build Legal contracting support for scale, including, for example:

    • drafting, updating and maintaining template contract language, risk analyses, and policies and procedures; and
    • supporting the development and implementation of our contract lifecycle management system.
  • Provide other legal advice as needed related to Axon’s operations, including, for example, regulatory compliance matters or other legal requirements, and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with other attorneys, contracts managers and administrative support to help grow, mentor and learn from others.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience (in-house preferred) negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
  • Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts, including those for the sale of SaaS, hardware, and services.
  • Experience negotiating intellectual property licensing and ownership agreements.
  • Ability to act with urgency on all requests.
  • Pass-first attitude with a desire to train and mentor others.
  • Experience supporting large and dynamic organizations.
  • Experience negotiating international agreements.

What You Bring

Required skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 8+ years related exprience, or 4+ years related experience with a Bachelor degree in a relevant field, is required.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in JOC (Job Order Contracting) is required.

The role

As Product Manager, AI Driver, based in our Sunnyvale office, you will independently own a critical work package within Wayve’s AI Driver product and lead a cross-functional team to deliver it end-to-end.
