Marketing Account-Based Marketing Manager (Hearing Care Practice Management) - NA at Auditdata

Develops and executes account-based marketing campaigns targeting hearing care practices, managing ABM strategy, cross-functional sales alignment, and full-spectrum marketing execution.

Mid Remote Posted about 22 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Description

About the role:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager based in the US (East Coast preferred) to lead marketing efforts in the US and Canada. You will drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline for our Practice Management Software among private hearing care practices and enterprise hearing retailers. Reporting to the Marketing team in Copenhagen (a small, collaborative group of 3), you will work closely with a growing North American sales and business development team.

This is a hands-on, versatile role in a scrappy environment. While Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is central, you will be a true jack-of-all-trades - equally comfortable crafting personalized ABM campaigns as you are writing compelling copy, proofreading assets, developing messaging, or supporting day-to-day marketing execution. Occasional travel to Copenhagen HQ and North American industry events is expected.

Location & Travel: US-based (East Coast preferred for time zone alignment). Occasional travel to Copenhagen and North American events. Right to work in the US required.

What you’ll own:

  • Own ABM Strategy & Execution:

    • Build and continuously refine the target account list with Sales leadership, segmenting into 1:1, 1:few, and broader tiers.

    • Design and run personalized 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays - including account-specific value propositions, custom content, intent-led nurturing, executive engagement, and direct mail/gifting - to drive engagement, qualification, opportunity creation, and post-sale expansion for high-value accounts.

  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner deeply with Sales teams on account planning, joint outreach, meeting generation, and pipeline acceleration. Lead cross-functional efforts around named accounts and establish the operating rhythm that keeps marketing, sales, and customer success aligned.

  • Measurement & Impact: Implement a robust measurement framework to track and prove ABM effectiveness, including account-level engagement, pipeline influenced/sourced, deal velocity, win rates, and ACV lift.

  • Establish Market Presence:

    • Position Auditdata Manage as the go-to PMS solution for operational efficiency, reduced admin burden, and enhanced clinical care.

    • Create messaging and account-specific narratives that resonate with practice owners, administrators, and C-suite buyers at enterprise hearing retailers.

  • Full-Spectrum Marketing:

    • Execute across the marketing mix - content creation, copywriting, proofreading, campaign development, sales collateral, webinars, email nurturing, performance tracking, and more.

    • In a lean team, you’ll own projects end-to-end.

  • Field Marketing & Events: Lead high-value moments such as executive roundtables, customer advisory boards, and key industry events (e.g., AAA) as project manager for major initiatives.

  • Tech Stack & Optimization:

    • Select, implement, and optimize our ABM tech stack (intent data, account engagement platforms, marketing automation, and attribution tools) in collaboration with MarOps.

    • Analyze performance and iterate quickly.

  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Copenhagen marketing team (including Product Marketing and Content) for global consistency while driving North American priorities.

Your profile:

  • ABM Expertise (Core): 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years hands-on running 1:1 and 1:few Account-Based Marketing programs for enterprise accounts.

  • Proven track record of measurable pipeline and revenue impact from named accounts, with the ability to discuss specific plays, results, and learnings.

  • Versatile Hands-On Marketer: Bias for execution in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments. Skilled in copywriting, messaging, content strategy, proofreading, digital campaigns, sales enablement, and moving fluidly between strategy and tactical delivery.

  • Partnership & Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with Sales and global teams. Excellent stakeholder communication in English, including with senior executives across time zones.

  • Skills & Tools: Strong command of ABM tech stack (e.g., intent data platforms like 6sense or Demandbase, account engagement, marketing automation, attribution). Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), MAS (Marketing Automation Software like HubSpot), and analytics. Comfortable choosing tools and driving adoption.

  • Results-Driven & Scrappy Mindset: Thrives in high-ownership, scale-up settings. Proactive, data-oriented, and able to deliver impact with limited resources.

  • Industry Experience (Highly Preferred): Deep knowledge of the hearing care/audiology sector or other adjacent MedTech relevant industries. Prior experience marketing to hearing aid dispensers, private practices, audiology clinics, or enterprise hearing retailers - ideally gained at a large hearing aid manufacturer, hearing care network, or B2B company serving this space. You understand the buyer journey, practice management challenges, and competitive landscape.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot.

Why Join Us?

  • Play a pivotal role in expanding a proven European success story into the North American market.

  • Work on a mission-critical product that helps hearing care professionals spend less time on admin and more time delivering excellent patient care.

  • Join a collaborative, international team with a scale-up culture - your impact will be immediate and visible.

  • A global team that spans Denmark, Ukraine, UK, Poland, Canada, Australia, USA, and more.

Feels like it’s a perfect match to you?

We look forward to your application! (please submit your English CV)

Job Description

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time

Experience level: 4~5 years

About the role

We’re looking for an organic marketing specialist who lives and breathes content and search. You’ll own how our brand gets discovered — not through paid spend, but by earning attention across search engines, AI answer engines, and social platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both develop great content and engineer its distribution so it reaches the right audience and ranks where it matters.

You’ll sit at the intersection of content creation and growth, and you’ll be a key voice in how our brand shows up as search itself evolves — from traditional Google results to AI-generated answers from tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

What you’ll do

  • Own and execute our organic growth strategy across SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), organic social, and content distribution.

  • Develop high-quality content — articles, landing pages, social posts, and distribution assets — that ranks, gets cited, and drives qualified traffic.

  • Run technical and on-page SEO: keyword research, site structure, internal linking, metadata, and content optimization for organic search.

  • Optimize our content to be surfaced and cited by AI answer engines and LLMs, an increasingly important discovery channel.

  • Manage and grow organic social channels, building distribution playbooks that extend the reach of every piece of content.

  • Track, measure, and report on organic performance, and turn what you learn into the next round of work.

  • Collaborate with product and other marketing functions to ship content that’s both well-crafted and well-targeted — including owning design direction by prompting and reviewing AI-generated or outsourced visuals.

  • Bring experience building organic channels from scratch or scaling them meaningfully — whether that’s 0 to 1 (establishing what didn’t exist) or 1 to 10 (accelerating what’s already working).

Must-have skills

These are non-negotiable for the role:

  • 5 years of organic marketing experience with a demonstrable track record of growing organic traffic, rankings, or audience.

  • Strong SEO expertise — keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, content optimization, and familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search Console.

  • Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) — understanding of how to structure and write content so it’s surfaced and cited by AI answer engines and featured-snippet-style results.

  • Proven content development ability — you can research, write, and edit content that’s genuinely good, not just optimized.

  • Organic social media — hands-on experience growing and managing brand channels organically (not via paid).

  • Content distribution — a real playbook for getting content in front of audiences beyond just publishing and hoping.

  • Analytical mindset — comfortable setting up tracking, reading the data, and letting it shape strategy.

Nice to have

These will make you stand out, but aren’t required:

  • Design literacy — enough understanding of design principles to brief, prompt, and review visual work (you don’t need to be the designer, but you should know good from bad and be able to direct it).

  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar tools — for content development, research, and workflow efficiency. We want someone who has gone well beyond casual use.

  • Experience in [your industry/vertical].

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, basic HTML, or no-code publishing tools.

PromptCloud Technologies is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.

Marketing Ad Operations Specialist at Breakthrough

Manages paid advertising accounts on Facebook and Google for PT/chiropractic clients, optimizes campaigns for performance, and develops ad creatives.

Junior Remote Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Breakthrough

Breakthrough is the leading AI-powered marketing software platform built for PT and chiropractic private practices across the US and Canada. Our system drives over 10,000 direct-access patients into member practices every month, with clients averaging 33% annual practice growth.

We are a fully remote, high-growth team with a bias for impact. If you are obsessed with performance, proactive by nature, and want your work to meaningfully help people get back to health naturally — we want to hear from you.

About The Role

We are hiring an Ad Operations Specialist to manage and optimise paid advertising accounts on behalf of our PT and chiropractic practice clients. This is a hands-on, results-driven role at the centre of our performance marketing function.

You will work directly within Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads, managing client accounts, creating and testing ad creatives, diagnosing underperformance, and communicating clearly with our Customer Success team. You will report to and work closely with our senior Ad Ops Specialist.

What You Will Own

Cold Market Advertising Results (50%)

  • Manage customer Facebook and Google ad accounts day-to-day, making proactive adjustments to drive the best possible results and lowest CPL.
  • Monitor account performance metrics at all times and report clearly to the team — you know every account’s health without being asked.
  • Diagnose underperforming accounts, implement solutions, and escalate where needed.
  • Stay current on Facebook and Google platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct proactive R&D to keep Breakthrough and its clients ahead of the curve.

Ad Creative Development (20%)

  • Own the ad creative library across all funnels — knowing what is live, what is fatiguing, and what needs to be refreshed.
  • Proactively identify exhausted creatives and rotate in new ones before performance drops.
  • Create, test, and optimise ad creatives including copy, images, and video assets.
  • Run structured A/B tests and apply learnings systematically across accounts.
  • Stay informed on creative best practices to continuously improve client results.

CSC Liaison & Client Communication (20%)

  • Keep Customer Success Coordinators updated on account status, changes, and anything clients need to be informed about.
  • Address technical ad account tickets that come in from the CSC team promptly and clearly.
  • Produce regular optimisation reports for key client accounts and flag performance concerns before clients raise them.
  • Ensure all teams have the information they need, when they need it.

Process & Quality (10%)

  • Follow existing Ad Ops processes and flag gaps where documentation is missing or needs updating.
  • Contribute to improving team workflows and provide feedback on usability and efficiency.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained consistently across all accounts.

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing Facebook and/or Google Ads accounts on behalf of clients (agency or in-house).
  • Proven track record of maintaining and improving KPIs across paid social and search campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills — you are comfortable living in data and translating it into clear actions.
  • Experience writing ad copy and briefing or producing creative assets.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without things falling through the cracks.
  • Clear, proactive communicator — you surface issues early and update stakeholders without being prompted.
  • Self-directed and resourceful — you solve problems independently and know when to escalate.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance reporting.
  • Experience working within a remote, fast-moving team environment.
  • Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you will be measured on outcomes — not just activity. The metrics that matter:

  • Client accounts are hitting or improving their CPL and lead volume targets.
  • Ad creatives are refreshed proactively — fatigue is caught before performance drops.
  • CSCs and clients are never surprised — you communicate changes and performance shifts before they have to ask.
  • Accounts you manage are set up for continuity — processes are documented and nothing lives only in your head.

Our Values

We hire for values as much as skills. You will thrive here if these resonate:

  • Own The Results — you are reliable, accountable, and do not make excuses.
  • Beginners’ Mind — you approach your work with curiosity and are always learning.
  • Elevate Others — you think team first and go the extra mile without being asked.
  • Be Real — you speak up, give honest feedback, and engage in healthy conflict.
  • Do Shit That Makes A Massive Difference — you are hungry, proactive, and persevere through challenges.
  • Seeks To Understand The Customer First — you keep the client’s outcome at the centre of every decision.

Why Breakthrough

  • Fully remote — work from wherever you do your best work.
  • A small, high-performance team where your contribution is visible and your impact is real.
  • Work that matters — our clients help people get out of pain without unnecessary surgery or medication.
  • A company in active growth, transitioning from services to software — you are joining at an exciting moment.
  • Contractor engagement with the opportunity to grow into a long-term role as we scale.
